Hallo Zusammen,

ich wollte am WE meine vorhandene VDR-Server Installation von ..VDR nach MLD wechseln.
Soweit ja kein Problem, nur dass meine vorhandene cineS2 DVB-S2 Twin Tuner Karte nicht
mehr geladen wird.

Die Installation meines bisherigen ..VDR läuft und die Karte wird auch richtig geladen, nur leider
eben unter MLD nicht

Das Ganze läuft in einer VM mit PCI-Passthrough unter ESXi 5.1

war da nicht irgendwas mit ner .conf die angelegt werden muss das das Modul mit den richtigen Optionen geladen wird?

...hab' ich ehrlich gesagt bei dieser Karte bisher noch nicht gehabt.
Diese Karten liefen bei mir bisher immer mit den orignialnen dvb
Treibern out-of-the-box.

Was aber nicht heißen soll, dass es nicht irgendwo so ist.

Wo wäre diese .conf typischerweise zu suchen, dann würde ich im
..VDR mal nachsehen ob da was drin steht.

welche Module werden eignedlich geladen und was spricht das Log dazu?

Wäre es möglich, dass es ein Problem des Kernels/der Module ist?

Zum Test habe ich mal mit einer 7.2 Knoppix das Modul geladen, bringt
aber auch den selben Fehler.

Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass es "nur" sowas in der Art sein kann.
Ich spiele mich jetzt mal ein wenig mit den DVB Treibern.

Die "Kiste" unter der es läuft, setzt auf Ubuntu-12.04 mit Kernel 3.2.xxx auf.

Ich habs noch mit Kubuntu-12.04.2 und Kubuntu-14.10 in der MLD VM probiert,
und beide OS'ses konnten die Karte in Betrieb nehmen.
