Which PCIe-USB adapter you're using with the DVB card?
Is it really a USB-3.0 interface? Not only a USB-cable?

Hier wird ja u.a. auch für den Rock Pi 4 (Rockchip RK3399) am Ausgabeplugin softhddevice-drm entwickelt.

softhddevice-drm soll mit Allwinner, Rockchip und den RPI laufen...
