Wont Shut Down

I am not sure why, but something has changed. When I upgrade to 5.1 the Machine WILL NOT SHUTDOWN??(menu or webserver) it just sits there stalled with the bar about 3/4 across and under MLD Screen. It wont Reboot either from the Menu but it will from the Webserver?????


Any Ideas??

You can take a look on screen 1 by pressing "ALT + F1". Maybe you can see there what ist the reason, or witch action hang.
Also it's maybe bossible to see the reason at the end of the file /var/log/sysinit
