Skindesign for VDR's text2skin-plugin, for unmodded DVB-Cards

Logos with max. 14 (indexed) colors must be used, size 64x48 px,
default xpm-files, for another types simply change the skin-file.
(gimp converting-script to 14 colors at "tools/batch-indexed-14c.scm")

To avoid logmessages about missing fontfiles, just copy the symlinks "FontBd.ttf/FontMoBd.ttf" 
to directory "../fonts" aka "../config/plugins/text2skin/fonts"
(text2skin first try to load from here and logs the missing files)
