  example ( vdr >=1.5.7 )
    OSDLanguage=de_DE  ->    vdr-menu.de_DE.xml
  example ( vdr <1.5.7 )
    OSDLanguage=1      ->    vdr-menu.1.xml
  for default VDR uses vdr-menu.xml
