To Install:

	1)  Download id3lib version 3.8.3 from http://id3lib.sourceforge.net
	2)  tar zxvf <id3lib tarball>
	3)  cd into id3lib.
	4)  type "./configure"
	5)  type "make"
	6)  type "make install" as root
	7)  cd back into this diretory
	8)  type "make"
	9)  type "make install" as root

	"id3v2 --help" for information on use.
