Hallo,

habe ein aktuelles Testsystem mit Intel Z370 Chipsatz und G4900T CPU.
Per 5.4 x64 unstable Netinstall Image habe ich auf einer m.2 ssd installiert.

Bekomme kein Bild...
Weder mit vaapidevice oder softhddevice-intel, xorg-intel ist geladen.

vaapidevice meldet: VAAPI-ERROR: codec: can't allocate HW video codec context

Welche Pakete muss ich installieren?

hast du mal das normale softhddevice getestet?

Sorry, habe gestern nach Zusammenbau der Hardware + anschließender Softwareinstallation nicht die Forum Suche benutzt.
Aufgrund der sehr aktuellen Komponenten, bin ich gleich mit unstable gestartet.

Das die aktuelle Softwarebasis Probleme mit Intel Grafikausgabe hat steht auch hier:

Aktuell sollte es auch mit testing wieder gehen. Ich konnte es aufrund von Netzwerk Problemen (ein Router zickt) aber in den letzten Tagen noch nicht selber überprüfen.

Habe jetzt die unstable Installation upgedatet, leider immer noch kein Bild.
Softhddevice startet aber, Bild bleibt schwarz.

Moin,

habe gestern weiter probiert.

Nachdem ich die unstable Installation geupdatet habe hatte ich keine Netzwerk mehr.
Bin dann auf einen Snapshot zurück und habe auf testing gewechselt und upgedatet.

Softhddevice startet - es kommt aber kein vdr Bild.

Wie kann ich helfen?

Ok, mit der 5.4 unstable (MLD-5.4_netinstall_2018.06.03-178.26+1748_amd64.img) bekomme ich kein Netzwerk.
Sie lässt sich installieren, es kommt aber kein vdr Bild.

Die 5.4 testing probiere ich gleich.

Die 5.4 testing hat Netzwerk.
Habe sie installiert und ein paar Basics konfiguriert.
Leider kommt kein Bild, softhddevice startet

Ich kann an dem Log nichts auffälliges sehen. Vielleicht hat ja noch wer anderes ne Idee.
